Review of: Blogger Proof Workout

blogger-proof-workout Fellow bloggers, here’s a unique loosely-related blog product that I cam across the other day.  Anyone can benefit from its use and the publisher is providing volume 1 free. 

Let’s face it, most of us spend way too many hours sitting on our duffs or in the publisher’s own words, "Bloggers spend numerous hours creating content to feed the ever hungry internet and information world. Unfortunately, that process entails tons of sitting and limited physical movement."

Blogger Proof Workout is a quick read with seven easy routines designed to increase your endorphins and lead to better blogging productivity.  I really like the "Paying the Piper of Information Technology" routine.  If you used this routine and are dedicated to doing it several times a day and 3 times per week I know you will get in shape. 

If you’re clumsy, you might not want to use your Laptop for the "Ultimate Laptop Workout" routines, but then again … one slip and you’ll have a good reason to buy that new laptop you’ve been dreaming about.  Come to think of it, mine is almost three years old!

Maybe, I’ll incorporate this routine into my work day and blog about my progress … as I work to get back into the lean-mean shape I was during my Marine Corps days.
