Follow Up: Hot Pink Thong Example Article

If you have been following this blog, I already know I wrote an article about optimising blog content, and then created an example “Hot Pink Thong” post following my own guide.

Its been about 12 hours (at the time of writing) and I’m very impressed with the results, as you should be too.

Here is a screen dump of the PHRASE MATCH Google search.

And now for the BROAD MATCH Google search.

As you can see very clearly, our 12 hour old article is ranked second for phrase match, and fifth for broad match, which are pretty decent results. Granted the key phrase wasn’t particularly competitive, but the point still stands. Our irrelevant article ranks in the top half of the first page in under 12 hours, simply because we optimised our content.
